The purpose of this practice is to help those divers with JO-Novice level experience.

Ages: 7 to 20+ years old. Masters divers are allowed.

Times and days. Monday-Thursday 5:00-6:30 p.m. pool then gym 6:45-7:30

Dates:

May 26-June 30, 2026 then July 1-July 30, 2026

Some Saturdays may be substituted for pool closures and privates.

Requirements:

AAU membership. https://aausports.org/Join-AAU

Use club code W3DFYF. Print out the membership and bring to practice if you are new.

Registration Fee. None. Waived for the summer sessions.

Monthly dues. Parents can pick 3 or 4 days per week. Paid by PayPal or check. Check is made out to BASDT. Three times per week is $330 and Four times per week is $360.

Meets are not required but available. An additional fee of $100 for the summer is charged for those wanting to participate in Katy or Corpus Christi.

Activities:

In the pool, students will use both the one- and three-meter boards. The curriculum is Novice and JO. Students may participate in the local meet but that is an extra cost. NO high school only in this practice.

Coaches:

Alyssa Jackson – Former club diver who has been with BASDT for 12 years. She is a mother and studying to get into medical school.

Olivia Kruse – Former collegiate diver who will start medical school in Galveston in the Fall.
